Virtual support options doesn't mean leaning against a table instead of the bar. Nor does it mean a cardboard cutout standing in the classroom, instead of the tutor you were promised in the last budget. The virtual support I'm discussing is gizmos and gadgets that we can use on screen to assist students in the classroom i.e. if the IT department hasn't barred those sites as spam.
One of my biggest frustrations when teaching adults literacy and numeracy was the total lack of good support material and tools. That's the main reason for starting MazioCreate.
